What is processed

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects no personal data of its own. Its hosting provider (Cloudflare, which serves the site) records standard request logs — IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp — as every web host does. Those logs are processed to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and are retained briefly by the host under its own retention policy before deletion.

Local storage

The theme toggle stores one preference (“isana-theme”) in your browser's localStorage. It identifies nothing, is read by nothing but this site's theme script, and never leaves your device.

Newsletter

There is none yet. If a signup form ships, it will collect exactly one field — your e-mail address — on double opt-in consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), and this note will be extended before the first send.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing (Arts. 15–21). You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ).
